On March 15th, 2022, three youth volunteers (Brian Ryu, Moses Law, Felix Wu) completed a standard session at Tapestry Wesbrook Village. They assisted seniors overcome technical challenges in a variety of areas, including: internet connectivity, email, operating systems, app downloads, and smart phones functionalities.

The volunteers showed the tech solutions step by step and wrote down notes for seniors to keep so that they can replicate the steps on their own. The general process was to first have the seniors describe their problem, have them show it on their personal device, then solve it slowly while explaining each step. Finally, write down concise and easy-to-follow instructions for future reference.

Many seniors indicated that they are likely to return next week to discuss other technical difficulties. The session was successful and demonstrated potential for future growth.
